A growing real estate company is seeking a Property Advisor to drive property sales and manage client relationships. This role is 70% sales-focused, with targets starting at 1 unit in the first month, 3 units in the second, and 6 units from the third month onward. The remaining 30% involves site deliverables and client management. Failure to meet sales targets for two consecutive months may result in the retainer being renegotiated.
Key Responsibilities:
Match buyers with suitable properties.
Maintain and update property listings.
Guide clients through mortgage processes.
Organize property tours and market activations.
Provide clients with sales packs and support.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s /Diploma in Sales and Marketing
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in real estate or selling plots is a must.
Proficiency in data management and MS Office.
Retainer: Ksh 50,000
