About Us:
A growing real estate company is hiring a Team Leader to lead sales efforts and manage client relationships. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing site deliverables, and developing long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new sales opportunities through networking.
- Develop and implement sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Guide clients through property purchases and mortgage processes.
- Organize sales events and maintain updated property listings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
- Proven experience of not less than 5 years in property sales.
- Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
- Retainer: Ksh 50,000
