Job Title: Team Leader (Real Estate)

About Us:
A growing real estate company is hiring a Team Leader to lead sales efforts and manage client relationships. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing site deliverables, and developing long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • Guide clients through property purchases and mortgage processes.
  • Organize sales events and maintain updated property listings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • Proven experience of not less than 5 years in property sales.
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws, regulations, and market conditions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
  • Retainer: Ksh 50,000
